Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Parsora website and app, including the Free Deep Dive and limited-access features such as Monitor.
1. About Parsora
Parsora is operated by Cihangir Analytics Consultancy Ltd., Company No. 09597715, registered in England and Wales. Parsora provides software that analyses connected performance data and presents prioritised observations, evidence and review outputs.
2. Free Deep Dive and limited-access features
An eligible user/property combination may receive one complete Deep Dive free of charge, subject to the eligibility, data-volume and anti-abuse controls applied by the service.
A property currently needs enough usable evidence for Parsora to produce a meaningful review. If a property does not meet the applicable minimum-data requirements, Parsora may decline or stop the Deep Dive without consuming the free entitlement.
Monitor and other limited-access features may be enabled selectively and may have different availability or usage limits. Future paid services, including any paid Deep Dive or Monitor offering, will be subject to the pricing and terms shown when those services become available.
3. Your account and authority to connect data
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You may only connect a Google Analytics account or GA4 property that you are authorised to access and analyse. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Google Analytics and Parsora complies with applicable laws, contracts and Google policies.
Parsora's Google Analytics connection is read-only. Granting access allows Parsora to read the data required to provide the selected service; it does not authorise Parsora to edit your Google Analytics configuration.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Parsora to break the law, access data without authority, interfere with or overload the service, bypass usage/entitlement controls, probe security without permission, distribute malware, or use automated methods that create unreasonable load. We may rate-limit, suspend or block activity that threatens the service or other users.
5. Analytics outputs and decisions
Parses, Data Health findings, Deep Dive reviews, Explore evidence and other outputs are decision-support information generated from the data available to Parsora. Analytics data can be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly configured or open to more than one interpretation.
Parsora is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or regulated professional advice and does not guarantee any commercial outcome.
6. Your data and privacy
You retain your rights in data you connect or provide to Parsora. You give us the limited rights necessary to access and process that data to operate the service you request, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with law. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, shared and deleted.
Manual review of a customer's connected analytics for product research or improvement is not part of the standard service and requires explicit opt-in, except where reasonably necessary for support/security investigation requested by the customer or where required by law.
7. Parsora intellectual property
Parsora and its software, designs, branding, methods and site content are owned by or licensed to Cihangir Analytics Consultancy Ltd. These terms do not transfer ownership of Parsora technology to you. You may use and share the reviews and exports generated for your own organisation or client work, subject to any rights in the underlying data and these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Parsora available and useful, but the service may contain errors or be interrupted. We may modify, add, remove or temporarily suspend features, integrations or limits for security, maintenance, policy, operational or product reasons. We may discontinue a limited-access feature or change its availability with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Disconnecting and ending use
You can stop using Parsora at any time. Disconnecting Google Analytics stops the active connection but may leave saved reviews available in your account. Deleting your account removes associated live-service data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been materially breached, use is abusive or unlawful, security is at risk, or suspension is necessary to protect Parsora, its providers or users.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parsora is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every requirement, and Cihangir Analytics Consultancy Ltd. will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or decisions made solely in reliance on Parsora outputs.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service and any commercial offering evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, communicated in the service. Continued use after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to future use.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
