What does Parsora do?
Parsora helps you understand what changed in sales, advertising and website performance, why it matters and where to focus. Monitor brings you weekly and monthly findings automatically. Ask Parsora lets you follow up with questions about your connected business data.
Can I explore Parsora without connecting my data?
Yes. The demo uses fictional businesses and figures. No sign-up or data connection is needed. Planned capabilities are labelled separately.
How does the First Monthly Analysis work?
It examines the last completed calendar month, with comparisons to the preceding month where data is available. Connect the sources that matter to your business to see their findings together. One introductory analysis is on us per eligible business, with no card or automatic subscription. Agencies can start with one pilot client.
What happens after I connect?
You can follow analysis progress in Parsora. When it is ready, read the prioritised findings, explore the supporting figures and download the PDF. What can be analysed depends on the data available in the sources you connect.
Will Monitor just repeat my introductory month?
No. Your first payment includes the next distinct Monthly Analysis, even if its delivery falls shortly after your first billing period. Your analysis plan shows the dates. Weekly monitoring starts on your paid schedule.
What does Monitor include?
Both billing options include automated Weekly Monitor and Monthly Analysis for one monitored business, with one active connection per provider. On its scheduled week, Monthly Analysis replaces the weekly analysis. Annual Monitor also includes a fresh GA4 Deep Dive for the subscribed property each paid year.
Where do I receive the findings?
Monitor runs scheduled analyses automatically. When a completed analysis is ready, Parsora can email you so you can open the findings, inspect supporting evidence in Explore and download the PDF. Monitor is scheduled analysis rather than real-time monitoring.
Do I need to write prompts or build dashboards?
No. Connect the sources you use and tell Parsora about your business. Monitor investigates the data and explains the important findings, without you having to prepare spreadsheets, sift through reports or build dashboards. Choose your preferred weekday for automatic analyses.
Which integrations are available?
Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Merchant Center are available. Shopify is awaiting approval and is not yet available publicly. Amazon and Meta Ads are planned.
Can Parsora change my Google Analytics setup?
No. Parsora uses read-only Google Analytics access. It analyses the selected property and runs Google Analytics implementation and GA4 data sanity checks; it does not edit your configuration or make marketing changes.
Does it support ecommerce, content and lead generation?
Yes. Where relevant data exists, Parsora evaluates sales, advertising, conversions and enquiries for your business model. An enquiry count is not presented as confirmed sales or lead quality.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Paddle is the merchant of record for paid purchases. Monitor renews monthly or annually until cancelled. Use the Paddle customer portal from your receipt, or Paddle support, to cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Disconnecting GA4 does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are governed by applicable law and Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Parsora does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Visit our Refund Policy for request instructions; your statutory rights are unaffected.
Can I disconnect or delete my data?
Disconnecting a source in the app does not automatically delete saved analyses. Data deletion is a separate action with confirmation. Contact support@parsora.ai if you need help. Disconnecting or deleting data does not cancel a subscription.
