Refund Policy
How to request a refund, cancel Monitor and get help with a paid Parsora purchase.
Our policy
Parsora does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee in addition to applicable law and Paddle’s terms. Refund eligibility is governed by your statutory rights and the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy applicable to your purchase. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service.
Request a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. You can also email support@parsora.ai with your purchase email, transaction reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full card details. We can help investigate product problems and direct your request to the appropriate billing process.
Withdrawal and other rights
Withdrawal periods and conditions depend on your location and purchase. Paddle’s policy explains the applicable rights, including digital-content consent conditions. We do not treat use of Parsora as automatically waiving a statutory right. Submit any request promptly within the applicable period. Paddle may also consider discretionary requests under its own policy; a request is not a guarantee of a refund.
Monitor cancellation
Use the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt, or Paddle support, to cancel renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not itself create a refund entitlement. Disconnecting GA4 or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it separately.
Deep Dives and technical problems
An insufficient-evidence result does not consume a Deep Dive credit. If you cannot access a purchased review or believe a charge is incorrect, contact support with the details. Retaining an unused credit does not replace any refund right you have.
Approved refunds
Paddle handles approved refunds and their payment processing. Access or credits associated with a refunded purchase may be removed. Your payment rights and any timing obligations under applicable law remain unaffected.
